Please review these terms before bringing items in for
consignment.
1. We ask that you bring a
maximum of 10 items at a time; this allows us to quickly tag and
place all items to the sales floor.
2. You decide on the price of
the item.
3. Crazy Cash Consignment will
retain 40% of all items $100 or less. Please consult
with us
on items over $100.
4. Consignment Term: The
consignment contract is for 3 months. Any items not picked
up
within 30 days after the consignment period will be
donated. If an item is picked up
before the end of the contract, a 10% handling fee is
charged.
5. Contracts may be renewed at the
discretion of Crazy Cash Consignment.
6. We ask that you have your
items ready for the sales floor. We do not have
facilities to
clean or repair items.
7. Items that
are battery operated need to have new working batteries
installed.
8. HOLIDAY
ITEMS: (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) These items will be
accepted approximately
60 days prior to the holiday. Any unsold items will
need to be picked up or will be donated
after 15 days.

Customers can return defective items within 3 days with a
receipt. The consignor will be
required to pay a 10% handling fee for defective items.
10. We do NOT have insurance
for your items AT ALL! We will not cover them for THEFT or
breakage. If this happens we apologize.
This is a risk of consigning. We will do our best to
prevent these things, but if they happen,
the consignor (you) absorbs the loss.

Payments: Crazy Cash Consignment will process sales on a
monthly basis. Your payment
can be issued after the 15th of the
following month that the item is sold; this allows us to
prepare our accounting properly. You will
need to come to the store for payments - we do not
automatically mail payments. Please email
or stop in the store to check the status of your
account. You may choose to have your
check mailed for 50¢.
12. All consigners must be over
the age of 18, be the legal owner of the item, and present a
photo ID.
13. Call us before you bring any
large piece of furniture; we may not want or have room for it.
No upholstered furniture that comes
from a home that had smoking or pets.
14. Electronics and toys must be
clean, working and include any required pieces, cables,
parts. Small parts must be
bagged and clearly marked.
15. We
reserve the right to refuse any item.
Items we do not accept include:
Weapons or
firearms, fuel operated
machines containing any fuel or fuel residue, items containing
liquid,
paint, tires or car parts, obscene
items, stuffed animals (except
new w/ tags, or seasonal),
lamps without shades, shades without
lamps, dated or faded artwork, linens such as curtains,
bedding etc. (except in original
packaging, clothing (except like new sports team items,
T-Shirts with logos in great condition, and
jeans or retro items), personal hygiene
items, mattresses, paperback books.
16. NO
items that are dirty, broken (even if repaired) or missing
pieces/parts.
